Delete Your Account

Freeze Warning is owned and operated by IT Savior LLC. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open Freeze Warning and sign in.
Tap the settings icon in the top right.
Scroll to the bottom to Danger Zone.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@freeze-warning.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account. We respond within 30 days, and in most cases within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your account and authentication record
Your name and email address
Every monitored location, ZIP code, and temperature threshold you saved
Your notification history and freeze-protection confirmations
Push notification device tokens

What is retained, and for how long

We retain a minimal record of subscription and purchase transactions where tax, accounting, and financial-reporting law requires it. These records are kept for the period required by law and are not used to identify or contact you. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you may also be retained.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are billed by the app store rather than by us. Cancel separately:

Google Play: Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. You can remove individual monitored locations at any time, and keep your account:

Open Freeze Warning and sign in.
Tap the location you want to remove.
Tap the trash icon in the top right and confirm.

Deleting a location permanently removes its ZIP code, nickname, temperature threshold, freeze-protection setting, and that location's notification history. You stop receiving freeze warnings for that area immediately. Your account, name, and email address are kept.

To request removal of specific data another way, email support@freeze-warning.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, describing what you want removed. We respond within 30 days. Records required for tax and financial reporting are retained as described above.
