Freeze Warning is a mobile application owned and operated by IT Savior LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

Freeze Warning is free to use and is supported by advertising on the free plan. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve them, AdMob receives your device's advertising identifier and technical information about your device. This identifier is shared with Google as an advertising partner; it is the only category of data we share with a third party.
We do not share your name, email address, or the ZIP codes you monitor with advertisers.
Where required, we show Google's consent form before any personalised ads are served, and you can change that choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or limit ad tracking on iOS. Subscribing to Basic or Premium removes ads entirely.
Basic and Premium are optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we never receive or store your card details. We receive only your subscription status and purchase history, which we use to unlock the features included in your plan.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the app, or by following the steps at freeze-warning.com/delete-account.html. You can also delete individual monitored locations without deleting your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your name, email address, monitored locations, thresholds, notification history, and push notification tokens. We retain a minimal record of subscription and purchase transactions where tax, accounting, and financial-reporting law requires it. Those records are kept only for the period required by law and are not used to identify or contact you.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest.
